We've got a great new office with oodles of space and lots of light. It's also great for people, wedding and dog watching!
Question: What has been the biggest challenge of your career?
When I first started at Radiator I had very little commercial experience but I jumped in with both feet and haven't looked back!
Question: What skills are needed?
Forward planning - you need to be able to think ahead and look at the bigger picture. Good people skills are a must if you want to build relationships with clients.
Question: What has been your career highlight?
Knowing I've been part of many great websites over the years delivering sites that work for our clients.
Question: Where do you see yourself in the future?
Hopefully I'll be pottering in my greenhouse at my country home.
Question: What advice would you offer to those looking for a similar career?
Get as much experience as you can. It's only when you start getting stuck in that you'll really start learning. Not that you ever stop learning!
Question: What do you do to unwind after work?
Cooking, baking and being generally crafty!
