Stephen is Sales Director and Co-founder of Radiator. He is also a panel member of The Prince's Scottish Youth Business Trust, helping to evaluate companies from an online viability perspective and a member of the Scotland IS eCommerce Special Interest Group and Strathclyde 100.

'As first point of contact my role centres on our customers' online need: where they currently are and what they want to achieve. Armed with the business values and online objectives, our online marketing and customer conversion experts are introduced to form & implement a web strategy to realise the online objectives which are always based on market demand & competition.

I also take an active role in ongoing client relationships to ensure our clients’ ongoing needs are always addressed.'
