Now Serving

‘Cream of asparagus and white bean soup with crevettes was a princely broth, with a velvety texture and a luscious flavour… A majestic tarte tatin of apple, served with vanilla ice cream, that oozed a luxuriant caramel sauce…We left with that smug glow of contentment that only the finest lunches leave in their wake.’

A standard lunch at Brian Maule’s as described by The Guardian’s UK restaurant critic.

We don’t expect an appraisal of Mr Maule’s website to come over quite as tempting but the site is managing to exceed online objectives of converting web visitors to both diners and event attendees at the restaurant.  All registered user details are held as profiles within a central customer database. This level allows on-going E-Marketing campaigns to be more targeted. Additional Search Engine Marketing data such as geographic location, keyword search terms and in-bound links are monitored for further refinements to Search Engine performance.
