Silverburn is the lead partner for a recruitment drive of 3000 jobs at SILVERBURN, the best and largest purpose built shopping centre in Scotland, housing over 100 key outlets.
Design and development of recruitment database solution for the
Silverburn shopping centre in Glasgow’s south side. The system has been
designed to store and ‘job-match’ candidates with employment
opportunities based on complex candidate responses and employer
criteria.
Radiator also provides a managed hosting service for the system which
attracted over 5000 registrations within 6 weeks of going live.
