Question: What has been the biggest challenge of your career?
Adjusting to how different a commercial online environment is when compared to an academic one. Graduating from University to be thrown in at the deep end here at Radiator and managing many projects simultaneously.

A broad range of skills are key. This ranges from online skills to effective planning and communication skills.
Question: What has been your career highlight?
Getting the job here at Radiator, which took me from student to professional. In addition getting to meet existing and potential new clients.
Question: Where do you see yourself in the future?
Taking on more responsibility and using new skills I’ve learnt to good use.
Question: What advice would you offer to those looking for a similar career?
Develop a genuine passion for the web and technology. Keep on top of new trends and advances on the web and think how they can be best used by a business. Good planning and communication skills are also key.
Question: What do you do to unwind after work?
I like to plug in the guitar and hammer out a few riffs or go to the cinema if there’s anything decent on!
