Keeping on top of the constantly changing face of internet marketing; seeking to identify ways to get the most out of the ever-emerging social media channels and ever-changing search engine algorithms and, of course, market trends.
Question: What skills are needed?
Analytical skills, good organisation, a creative mind, planning, motivation, passion, communication, listening and a lot of patience and self-belief.
Question: What has been your career highlight?
When a client told me that they were taking on more staff and moving to bigger premises directly because of the leads and sales our work had generated for them
Question: Where do you see yourself in the future?
Radiator is just at the start of a significant growth curve so I hope to be playing a part in its development and expansion for some time yet.
Question: What advice would you offer to those looking for a similar career?
You have to be passionate because keeping on top of things takes a lot of spare time, research and reading – so it helps to have a real interest.
Question: What do you do to unwind after work?
I love sports and take the occasional flying lesson at the Glasgow Flying Club at Glasgow airport.
