Name:
Stephen Hunter
Job Designation:
Sales Director and Co-founder
Short Job Description:
As first point of contact my role centres on our client's online need: where they are and where they want to get to, before working closely with them to outline a strategy of how their goals can be achieved.
I also take an active role in ongoing client relationships.
Question: Describe your workplace
A combination of a cellular and open plan workspace gives us complete flexibility to operate effectively and entertain clients and visitors.
It is also very close to the Chinaski's bar - an occasionally frequented watering hole.
Question: What has been the biggest challenge of your career?
Getting Radiator to its current level of operation has certainly been a challenge and a worthwhile one. Our approach and culture is reflected in our wide range of successful online clients and it’s great to be considered an integral part of their success.
Question: What skills are needed?
Good old fashioned common sense and talking to people...is that a skill?
Question: What has been your career highlight?
Realising the fantastic opportunity with Fraser and being handed great opportunities by clients when we started the company.
To an extent, these clients took a risk with us because, at start-up, our proven credibility was open to question. The faith put in us by our clients (who remain successful clients today) was invaluable.
Question: Where do you see yourself in the future?
For Radiator to be recognised as a premium brand in the eCommerce and online marketing industry - continue to serve very happy and successful clients through our dedicated and talented professional team.
Question: What advice would you offer to those looking for a similar career?
A combination of a thorough knowledge of your product and an ability to grasp your customer's needs will stand you in good stead and increase your chances of exceeding their expectations.
Question: What do you do to unwind after work?
I mentioned Chinaski's earlier and cycling home in all conditions does me no harm..!
